maximity.ai is run by Cloud Converse Pvt Ltd, Gd3 Suyog Industrial Estate, LBS Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083, Maharashtra, India (“we”). By using the site or joining the early-access list, you agree to these terms.

2. Early access

Maximity isn’t available yet. Joining the list doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date or a founding-member place, and we may change or stop our plans at any time.

3. Prices

Prices on the site are planned launch prices in US dollars and may change. Prices in other currencies are approximate.

4. Examples

The videos and photos on the site are AI-generated examples, for illustration only.

5. Use of the site

Don’t misuse the site, sign up other people without permission, or scrape it. The site’s content and the Maximity name and logo belong to us. TikTok and Instagram are trademarks of their owners, who don’t endorse Maximity.

6. Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using the site or joining the list.

7. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
