1. Who we are
maximity.ai is run by Cloud Converse Pvt Ltd, Gd3 Suyog Industrial Estate, LBS Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083, Maharashtra, India (“we”).
2. What we collect and why
- Your email, when you join the early-access list, to send you updates and invitations and to contact you about Maximity.
- Your answers, if you give them: your business details, website, social handles, phone number and how you’d like to be contacted. We use them to understand demand, choose founding members and contact you.
- Your country, worked out from your internet address, to show local prices.
- How you use the site, through analytics, including session recordings. In the EU and UK this happens only if you accept analytics cookies; elsewhere it’s on unless you turn it off in “Cookie settings”.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use service providers for hosting, storage, email and analytics, which store it in the United States under standard contractual clauses or similar legal safeguards. We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is sold.
4. How long we keep it
Until we no longer need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@maximity.ai. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in each one. In the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
